The lineup for the ‘Fun Loving Memories’ Tour of Non-Stop Club Classics from the ’90s and ’00s at the Brighton Dome Concert Hall on Sunday 25th August has been announced. There are certainly some well known artists with nostalgic anthems that you know and love that will certainly get the party started over the August bank holiday Sunday.
As the tracks kick in you will be in no doubt as to the anthem. For instance, there’s Alison Limerick with “Where Love Lives”. Shena from J.X. with “(Dirty) Son of a Gun”, Tina Cousin with the No.1 single “Mysterious Times”. There’s even ‘The First Lady of House’ and singer with Soul II Soul – Kym Mazelle with “Young Hearts Run Free” and “Was That All It Was”.
If you’re after monster smash hits, then there’s Baby D with the No.1 “Let Me Be Your Fantasy” and “(Everybody’s Got to Learn Sometime) I Need Your Loving” as well as Rozalla with “Everybody’s Free (To Feel Good)”. Also present will be AMiR, remember this guys name. He is highly regarded as the new ‘Bruno Mars’.
Now its hands up in the air time as the multi-talented Sonique will be in attendance with her top ten singles “It Feels So Good”, “Sky” and “I Put a Spell on You”. Also with a rare appearance, you should get ready for Betty Boo with the classics “Hey DJ / I Can’t Dance (To That Music You’re Playing)” , “Doin’ the Do” and “Where Are You Baby?”.
To finish off – a South East Exclusive – Blackbox – with the singles “Ride On Time”, “I Don’t Know Anybody Else”, “Everybody Everybody” and “Strike It Up”.

Tickets are available to get up personal with a standing room dance-floor area on the lower level in front of the stage or an upper seated area.
Travel links couldn’t be easier. There are direct trains to Brighton from London via London Bridge and London Victoria stations. Locally there are lots of buses stopping right outside the Dome. There are various NCP reasonably priced car parks nearby.
Doors open at 4pm with the party starting at 5pm through until around 10pm.

Black Box
Black Box are an Italian house music group popular in the late 1980’s and 1990’s. Tina Cousins is an English singer, songwriter and former model. She has had five singles in the Top 20 in the UK Singles Chart, both as a solo artist and in collaboration with others including “Mysterious Times” with Sash!, which reached number 2 in the UK in 1998. She has also achieved popularity in several other countries, including four Top 30 hits in Sweden, six Top 30 hits in Australia and seven Top 20 hits in Finland. Her other hit singles include “Pray” (1998), “Killin’ Time” (1999), “Forever” (1999), “Just Around the Hill” with Sash! (2000) and “Wonderful Life” (2005), and in 2009 recorded the monster track “Curious”.
In 2010 Tina released an amazing dance version of “Sex On Fire” formerly recorded by Kings of Leon, with rave reviews and sending her to the top of various dance charts worldwide. Alison Limerick
Alison Limerick is a British singer who has scored multi chart success in the 1990’s across the world with huge club anthems such as “Where Love Lives”, “Make It On My Own”, “Love Come Down”, “Put Your Faith In Me”, “Time Of Our Lives”, “Come Back (For Real Love)” amongst others. Alison has worked with many famous artists along the way with songwriters such as George Michael, Courtney Pine and Lamont Dozier She sang backing vocals on M People’s song “Melody of Life” from the album ‘Elegant Slumming’. She appears in the British movie ‘Collusion’ as the jazz singer and she is also notable as one of the (uncredited) singers heard performing the closing title song on each episode of ‘Blackadder the Third’.
Alison continues to record and sing live, for PA’s and with her own band. She can be heard singing soul and jazz, in various venues across Europe, and found being the Dance Diva in house music venues all around the world. Disco, Nu-disco Artist Shèna (pronounced Shen-na) is an English house/Dance Diva and she will be performing at this year’s event and will be singing some of her biggest hits we all know and love.
Shena is best known for her collaborations as lead vocalist for the highly successful chart band JX.
There hits included: “Son Of A Gun”, “There’s Nothing I Won’t Do”, “You Belong To Me”, and “Close To Your Heart”.

We all know and adore many of Motiv8’s remixes, including those he remixed or produced for Kylie Minogue, Erasure, The Spice Girls, Billie Piper, Heaven 17, Michelle Gayle, The Doobie Brothers, Mary Kiani, Robert Palmer, Saint Etienne, Pulp, Dubstar and The Pet Shop Boys, as well as Motiv8’s own singles such as “Rockin’ for Myself”, “Break The Chain” and “Searching For The Golden Eye”, one of Motiv8’s highest-profile works was composing and producing the song “Ooh Aah… Just A Little Bit” for Gina G.
