Brighton’s Great British Bake Off star Kate Henry takes on pastry in the fifth episode of the popular BBC1 show.
For the last two weeks she has narrowly missed out on star baker for her bread and desserts.
Will her tarts have a soggy bottom when the show airs at 8pm tonight?
Here at Brighton and Hove News we predict Kate will make it to the final, or at least the semis based on previous finalists performance.
Anyone who does well during bread week is there at the end and Kate wowed Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry in the technical challenge.
