TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
We, IISAA Ltd, hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to Brighton and Hove City Council for the grant of a premises licence to use or permit the use of the premises known as:
280-282 Portland Road, Hove, BN3 5QU
for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:
Late-night refreshment
Monday 2300 hours to 0300 hours Delivery only after 0000 hours
Tuesday 2300 hours to 0400 hours Delivery only after 0000 hours
Wednesday 2300 hours to 0300 hours Delivery only after 0000 hours
Thursday 2300 hours to 0300 hours Delivery only after 0000 hours
Friday and Saturday 2300 hours to 0400 hours Delivery only after 0000 hours
Sunday 2300 hours to 0300 hours Delivery only after 0000 hours
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send to EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP, no later than Thursday 18 September 2025, a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection.
The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours. Summaries are available from www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
