Regulation 25 Notice
TO : WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I Isteph Ayoub do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to Brighton and Hove City Council for the grant of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as The Dials convenience store, 157 Dyke Road, Hove, BN3 1TJ, for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:
The supply of alcohol Monday to Sunday 8am till 11pm.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send to EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP, no later than 19th February 2026* a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection.
The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
