Brighton’s Theatre Royal is set to become a place where dreams do come true this week as it hosts Varna International Ballet’s production of Cinderella.
Using Prokofiev’s much loved score, this ballet is one where young and old can forget any worries and just enjoy movement and souring tunes. We all know the story – the wicket stepmother, the glass slipper, the ball and the prince – they will all be there. But this performance promises to take us with them as the movement builds and the romance blossoms.
Founded in 1947, the critically acclaimed Varna International Ballet returns to the UK following a breathtaking debut tour. Renowned for its award-winning soloists and magnificent corps de ballet, the company has been delighting audiences for decades at home and abroad with its performances of the highest quality.
The performance is taking place for just one night, followed by two further performances of The Nutcracker on Friday 30th January and Swan Lake on Saturday 31st January. Each will be accompanied by a full orchestra.
Tickets for all three events are now available from the Theatre Royal Box Office from £15.00.
