TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Cosies (Brighton) Limited do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton and Hove City Council for the grant of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as Cosies Bar & Taproom, 10 Dyke Road, Brighton, BN1 3FE, for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:
Sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises between 1400 and 2300 Tuesdays to Fridays and 1200 to 2300 on Saturdays and Sundays
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send to EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP, no later than 25 February 2026 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection.
The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
