The current gas pipework within the building has reached the end of its service life and as such SGN are looking to replace the gas riser network at this property. The existing gas riser pipework runs internally within the building, due to current regulations and for safety of the building and residents the replacement pipework is proposed to be installed externally to supply the current gas users. The proposed material will be in Stainless Steel which reduces construction time on site and the impact on customers, this also has a longer service life and is more aesthetically appealing.
