Notice of Application for a Full Variation of a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that WB Hotel Ltd has applied to Brighton and Hove City Council for a full variation of the premises licence (1445/3/2024/05741/LAPRET) for West Beach Hotel, 135 King’s Road, Brighton, BN1 2HX, to
1) Extend the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises to be from 10.00 to 00.00 (midnight) Friday and Saturday
2) Extend the permitted hours for the provision of late night refreshment to be from 23.00 to 00.00 (midnight) Friday and Saturday and
3) Allow Non Standard Timings as per the Application Form.

Any representations by any other person or responsible authority must be received in writing by the Licensing Authority by Friday 4 September 2026 stating the nature and grounds for making such representation.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
