I Adele Tite do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant a premises licence to use of premises known as Adele’s Actually! 65-67 Western Road Hove BN3 2JQ for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises:
Sale by retail of alcohol between 12 noon to 10pm Monday to Saturday and 12noon to 8pm on Sunday 12-8pm
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, should send to EHL.safety@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 23/07/2022 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
