I/We Fast Food Guru Ltd t/a Pizza GoGo Saltdean do hereby give notice that it is my/ our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the variation of a premises licence or permit the use of premises known as Pizza GoGo Saltdean, 144 Saltdean Vale, Brighton, BN2 8HF or the following licensable activities/ proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:
Late Night Refreshment, Mon-Sun 11:00 – 02:00am
*In the case of an application for a provisional statement, representations are restricted after the issue of a provisional statement Any person who desires to make a representation to the (delete as appropriate) grant, provisional statement, variation, should send to EHL.safety@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 14/03/2023 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
