Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Brighton and Hove City Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of
FTG Invest Ltd, 12A Queen’s Road, Brighton, BN1 3WA.
The application is for the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises
from 11am to 10pm daily.
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application should send to EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ, within 28 days of the date of application a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
