Regulation 25 Notice
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Notice of Application for a Variation of a Premises Licence Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.
Notice is hereby given that Mr Ebrahim Khalil has applied to Brighton and Hove City Council for a variation of the premises licence for Liquor Hut Store, 53 Lewes Road, Brighton, BN2 3HW, to amend Condition 2 at Annex 3 of the premises licence and Condition 1 under the Protection of Children from Harm at Annex 2 of the premises licence as per the application form. Two new conditions are also offered.
The address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected during normal business hours is the Regulatory Services, (Environmental Protection, Food Safety and Licensing), Brighton and Hove City Council, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ, or on the Council’s website www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing. Any representations by any other person or responsible authority must be received in writing by the Licensing Authority by Friday 3 July 2026 stating the nature and grounds for making such representation. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
