We ………………Kelly Liang and Jue Wang……………………………………….. do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton and Hove City Council for the grant of a premises licence to use or permit the use of the premises known as Signorini Tartufi, 26B Chandos House, Meeting House Lane, Brighton, BN1 1EB, for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:
The sale of alcohol products
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send to EHL.safety@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP, no later than 16 May 2023 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection.
The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine
