Regulation 25 Notice

TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I Andres Cimatu do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to Brighton and Hove City Council for the grant of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as Taro Japanese Restaurant, at 60 Ship Street, Brighton, BN1 1AE, for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:

The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption On and Off the premises. Monday – Sunday 10am – 11pm

Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send to EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP, no later than midnight on 08/08/2025 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
