TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I, Vasili Bicet Diaz, hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to Brighton and Hove City Council for the grant of a premises licence to use or permit the use of the premises known as:
The Little Havana, 11A 12 Market Street, Brighton, BN1 1HH
for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:
The sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises only (accompanied by food) and the provision of live music from 11am to 11pm every day.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send to EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP, no later than Wednesday 27 August 2025, a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection.
The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours. Summaries are available from www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
