Regulation 25 Notice
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I, Awarah Shikha, do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to Brighton and Hove City Council for the variation of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as Tivoli Food and Wine for the following variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:
amend conditions 6 (General) and 13(c) (Prevention of Public Nuisance) of the premises licence in order to permit the sale of single cans and bottles of beer, lager and cider
Any person who desires to make a representation to the variation, should send to
EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP, no later than 24 March a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection.
The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
