We VGOLF & games room Brighton do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate to use or permit the use of premises known as 8&9 The Waterfront, Brighton Marina Village, Brighton for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, or from the premises: The sale & consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send to EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 22/06/2023 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton- hove.gov.uk/licensing. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
