A Cardinal Newman student who fell off his bicycle in Whitehawk last week has died, The Argus reports.
David Hanna, 18, had just finished his A-levels and was on his way to celebrate with friends when he came of his bike in Haybourne Road.
He spent six days in intensive care, but died early yesterday morning.
A Facebook group has been set up in his memory.
