Nathan Jones is set to become part of Albion’s new back room staff.
The Welsh former midfielder who played for the Seagulls between 2000 -2005 has teamed up with Oscar Garcia’s men, at their Spanish training camp.
Jones was famed for his flamboyant step overs and hairstyles during his Albion career and often featured on Sky Sports Soccer Saturday ‘showing boating’ section.
He was also once sent off whilst playing for Southend United against Albion at Withdean weeks before signing for the Seagulls.
Jones played for Numancia and Badajoz in Spain in the mid 1990’s prior to returning to England.
Albion beat Getafe of La Liga Spain’s premier League 1-0 on Wednesday with a goal from Andrea Olandi.
