Man accused of attack in Brighton night club given trial date
A 22-year-old man faces trial accused of beating another man during a night out in Brighton.
Sebastian Charles Edward Williams, known as Seb Williams, of Combe Lane, Bramley, Surrey, is charged with attacking Andrew Lynch.
The attack is alleged to have taken place at the Coalition night club, in King’s Road Arches, Brighton, on Friday 18 April.
Williams denied the charge when he appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court where he was remanded on conditional bail until his trial at the same court on Wednesday 26 November.
He was ordered to stay away from the seafront night club while he is on bail to prevent the risk of reoffending. He was refused legal aid.
