Another chunk of the West Pier appears to be about to fall into the sea following last night’s strong winds.
A section on the south-west corner is now dangling off the Grade I listed structure.
The West Pier Trust has been contacted for comment.

The owner of what was once the West pier should be made to remove the wreckage down to the sea bed, rather than leave it as a danger to shipping for generations to come.
