A man was attacked and robbed as he walked across Preston Park in Brighton yesterday (Thursday 9 August).
Three youths went up to the victim, who is in his forties, pushed him to the floor and stole his bag.
The mugging happened at about midday in the middle of the park, just to the north of the tennis courts.
The suspects were described as white, aged 16 to 17 years old and all on scooters. One was described as bald, one had dark hair and the other had a blond streak.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who knows who these youths are or anyone who witnessed the incident.
