A young man who was stabbed in the abdomen at the Kings Road Arches in the early hours of this morning was arrested on his hospital bed today.
The 22-year-old was attacked at about 3.20am and soon afterwards police arrested three teenagers.
But later in the morning, the victim himself was arrested on suspicion of GBH while recovering at the Royal Sussex County Hospital.
Police said his injuries are not life threatening, and he was expected to be released from hospital today.
The three teenagers are an 18-year-old man Brighton, a 19-year-old man from Brighton and a 19-year-old man from Shoreham.
