A Saltdean teenager has been charged with two robberies and an attempted robbery in Brighton and Hove.
He has also been charged with an attempted burglary.
Sussex Police said that all four offences were alleged to have taken place in the past three weeks.
Dan Johnson, 18, of Wicklands Avenue, Saltdean, is accused of carrying out a robbery near Church Street, Brighton, on Saturday 2 October and another in Goldstone Villas, Hove, on Monday 11 October.
He is also accused of an attempted robbery in North Street, Brighton, on Tuesday (19 October).
Johnson is also accused of trying to break in to a property in High Street, Brighton, on Tuesday.
He appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court yesterday and was remanded in custody.
He is due to appear at Lewes Crown Court on Friday 7 January.
