Two Brighton men have been arrested on suspicion of drug dealing after neighbours reported their concerns to Sussex Police.
An intelligence unit and the East Brighton Neighbourhood Policing Team arrested the men after raiding the house in Riley Road, Brighton.
The men, aged 24 and 47, have been released on police bail until Tuesday 7 December.
The police and Brighton and Hove City Council have since worked with the landlord of the property in Riley Road.
Now, one of the men arrested on Friday 17 September has been evicted from the property.
PCSO Helen Richardson said: “Since this action we have received no further complaints to date of anti-social behaviour or drug dealing coming from the property.
“We would like to assure residents and businesses that we take allegations of drug dealing and anti-social behaviour seriously and encourage you to report your concerns to us.”
