Lapland park's nativity was 'drawing on a trailer'

The trial of two Brighton brothers accused of a £1.2million Lapland theme park swindle was today told the attraction’s nativity was “a drawing on a trailer”.
Victor Mears, of Selsfield Drive, and Henry Mears, of Coombe Road, deny five charges of engaging in a commercial practice which is a misleading action and three charges of engaging in a commercial practice which is a misleading omission.
