Police seek missing boy in Hove

A missing teenage boy has been sighted in Hove and now police are urging him to get in touch.

Reece Cruz, 15, went missing from Northolt, Middlesex, six weeks ago (Wednesday 2 February), taking his Xbox with him.

The Metropolitan Police said that he was seen in a café in Hove and close to Hove Park School at the beginning of March.

But there have been no sightings of him since.

DC Sharon Porter, of the Missing Persons Unit, said: “Reece has a lot of friends in the Hove area and it is possible that he has stayed with some of them.

“Reece is not in any trouble but we need to know he is safe and well.

“If Reece is reading this, please contact me so that we can talk about your situation and I can confirm you are not in any danger.”

Reece will be 16 in early April. He is described as a slim built, light-skinned black boy, with large afro-style hair.
