The Woodingdean flasher has been spared prison.
Marian Suchodolinsky, 26, of Sandhurst Avenue, Brighton, kept going into back gardens near his Woodingdean home and exposing himself to women.
He was given a suspended prison sentence at Lewes Crown Court yesterday having admitted the offences.
He was sentenced to six months in prison suspended for two years for five counts of indecent exposure and trespassing with intent to commit a sexual offence.
He was snared after an undercover operation by Sussex Police.
Detectives caught him at the home of a woman he had targeted twice before.
Suchodolinsky had targeted three women from March to August last year.
Detective Inspector Lee Horner said: “Detectives worked alongside neighbourhood officers to undertake a plain-clothed police operation to catch someone who repeatedly indecently exposed himself to women in the gardens of their own homes.
“Although Suchodolinsky never attempted to enter the homes or make physical contact with anyone, this has been incredibly distressing for his victims and of great concern to the local community.
“I’d like to thank local residents for their support during this investigation.”
