Plans to convert a Hove off licence into a micropub have prompted dozens of letters of both support and opposition.
Their planning application will be heard by Brighton and Hove City Council’s Planning Committee on Wednesday 14 May.
And the committee will have a tough job – Westbourne councillor Graham Cox reveals on his blog that 38 neighbours have objected to the proposals, but 20 letters have also been received supporting the plans.
Council officers have recommended the plans be approved subject to conditions. The full report should be made available later this week.
