Rail lines blocked after person hit by train at Preston Park

A person has been hit by a train at Preston Park.

The incident happened at about 5.40pm and lines have been closed as a result, leading to widespread disruption on the Brighton mainline.

By 6.30pm, one of the lines had reopened.
