Albion drew their sixth game in nine Championship matches at Huddersfield this evening (Tuesday 21 October) with another goal from defender Lewis Dunk, who replied to Jacob Butterfield’s tenth-minute opener.

The Seagulls have now not won a league match since Saturday 30 August – a run of nine matches – and are now just one point outside the relegation zone. Sami Hyypia’s previous club Bayer Leverkusen, suffered a similar run of result’s prior to the Finnish manger leaving the Bundesliga outfit.

Dunk is now Albion’s top scorer with four for the season.

Albion had their chances in the second half, with Jake Forster-Caskey finding the net but seeing his effort ruled out for offside.

In the last minute Kazenga LuaLua was sent off for a second bookable offence. He will now miss the visit of Rotherham United to the Amex on Saturday (25 October) and possibly the League Cup 4th Round tie at Tottenham Hotspur next Wednesday (29 October).
