Two arrested after Brighton robbery

Police have arrested two people in connection with a robbery in Pavilion Gardens in Brighton, Sussex Police said today (Thursday 13 November).

The force said that a 20-year-old man from Brighton was punched and robbed of his phone as he was walking through Pavilion Gardens at about 2am last Friday (7 November). He suffered an injured face.

A 16-year-old boy from Brighton and a 22-year-old man, of no fixed address, have been arrested on suspicion of robbery.

The pair have been bailed until Sunday 14 December while investigations continue.
