1)  Chris Hughton told Brighton and Hove News that irregular kick-off times are part and parcel of the modern game. But occasionally one team can have an advantage if they can get an extra rest day in.

Albion play Norwich City on Good Friday and their opponents for the next two games, Rotherham and Bournemouth, also play on Friday afternoon.

2) The Albion boss is no more likely to use some of the squads fringe players such as Christian Walton and Glenn Rea even if Albion achieve safety prior to the last few games, telling @bhcitynews that preparation for the remaining matches will not change and the desire to win every match will be just as great.

3) Seagulls midfielder Joao Teixeira told us that he is keen to play as much a part as possible in the final seven games of the season.

4) Teixeira was complimentary about Brighton and Hove saying that he enjoyed the culture,

liked being so near London and the south coast was sunnier than Liverpool.

5 Albion defender Adam Chicksen has extended his loan at Fleetwood to potentially include the League One play-off matches.
