Surrey sales rep in court over attempted Pavilion Gardens rape

A Surrey sales rep has been charged with attempting to rape a woman in Pavilion Gardens in Brighton earlier this month.
The attack took place in the early hours of Saturday, 5 March. Nathan Charles Hunter, 23, from New Malden, is current in prison on remand having appeared at Brighton Magistrates Court on 7 March.
He is next due to appear at Lewes Crown Court on Monday, 4 April.
Police are continuing to appeal for any witnesses. Anyone with information is asked to email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk or phone 101, quoting serial 200 of 05/03.
