The Seagulls stay third in the Championship after a goalless draw at Portman Road.

A game with few chances saw the home side get the ball in the net early on, only to see the effort disallowed for offside.

Lewis Dunk and David Stockdale both made goal-saving interventions for Albion in the second half.

The biggest talking point for the Albion was the sending off of Dale Stephens late on. The midfielder received his marching orders for two bookable offences.

The no 6 will miss the away fixture at Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday (1 October).

The Seagulls have never won at Hillsborough.
