Bournemouth 2 Brighton & Hove Albion 1
Albion lost their second Premier League away match of the season.
The Seagulls, after a sterile first half, took the lead through Solly March after excellent play from Pascal Gross and Dale Stephens.
Prior to this Albion had hit the bar twice and Shane Duffy had two chances cleared off the line from Andrew Surman.
Albion were undone by a cheeky back heel from Jordan Ibe which set Surman away. He coolly drilled the ball past Maty Ryan.
Ibe was again instrumental as he feed the ball through to veteran striker Jermain Defoe who picked his spot past Ryan to give Bournemouth all three points.
