From Hollywood to Rochdale by Hopwood DePree. With a name like that I think we can assume he is not from Rochdale. However his ancestors were and built a mansion there in the 15th Century. Hopwood tells the tale of searching his family and finding a dilapidated mansion on the outskirts of a rainy northern English town. He decides to try and save it. This is his story.
