Marine Parade in Brighton

A man has been charged with exposing himself on the A259 seafront road in Brighton.

Sussex Police said: “A man has been charged following reports of indecent exposure in Marine Parade, Brighton.

“On the morning of Friday 10 April, officers responded to the reports that a man was blocking traffic, walking between vehicles, exposing himself and shouting at motorists and members of the public.

“A man was arrested at the crossing point near to the junction of Portland Place, and he was charged with exposure the same day.

“Forty-one-year-old Sikander Sihotra, of no fixed address, has been bailed ahead of his hearing at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 28 May.

“If you have any information to report in relation to the incident, you can do so online or by calling 101, quoting reference 233 of 10/04.”

The greater exposure appears to be evidenced by your inane comment!

This is the city that some (comedians who’ve never ventured further than Patcham) post as the best city in the world – don’t mention the knife crime

It’s not as if problematic behaviour like this is confined to Brighton.

I guess the city centre traffic is now so slowed that the stationary motorists need some entertainment.
With the removal of the Palace Pier roundabout, the A259 is the new Butlins Red Coat training ground. We all have to start somewhere.
I’m a commuter van driver with no option to walk or cycle, now stuck in unnecessary council-created log jam traffic – and not being paid for all the extra time wasted – so I had to write this.

Maybe look at rightmove and move somewhere with better transport links if you will use your phone when driving

The road works havn’t finished yet so yes at the moment road space has been constrained but perhaps wait until the scheme has actually finished to assess the final results and not the short term ones.

Most likely, a mental assessment is required here if they weren’t under the influence.
