A man was left with multiple face injuries after being attacked by a man he bumped into in Hove last month.
Detectives today said they would like to speak to this person in connection with the attack in Church Road, Hove, near the junction with Hove Villas.
The assault happened at Friday 24 July at around 10.15pm when the victim, a 59-year-old man, and a 13-year-old girl were walking in the street in the direction of Portslade and bumped into a man walking in the opposite direction.
The victim apologised; however he was verbally and physically assaulted in the street suffering multiple injuries to his face for which he attended hospital for treatment.
Officers have been pursuing a number of lines of enquiry and would now like to speak to this person in connection with the investigation.
Anyone who recognises them, who witnessed the incident, or who has relevant information such as CCTV, mobile or dashcam footage is encouraged to come forward.

Same here, after asking a driver who had parked his car on a pavement, his whole car, blocking sighted and blind persons access as I explaining the bobble lowered payment he went into a triad of abuse. There is so much anger out there, people who have never been told how to behave.
