Logo Latest TV
Latest Homes / Latest 7 magazine was established in 2001 to promote property in Brighton, Hove and Sussex, as well as capturing the zeitgeist of the city, covering news, reviews, celebrities, listings, TV, sport, jobs, cars, art and everything unique about the city of Brighton & Hove.

With over 100,000 weekly readers, and over 1,000 distribution outlets, the magazine is one of the biggest city weekly magazines in Europe.

Our online searchable property database, latesthomes.co.uk has more Brighton & Hove homes than any other property portal.

Covering rentals and sales, and having its own unique top ten charts, the website is updated as soon as a property is put on the market, and alongside the magazine, gives homebuyers and sellers the best one stop shop for moving home.

Our live music and entertainments venue, the Latest Musicbar, has become the place for parties in Brighton & Hove, creating parties for weddings, civil partnerships, birthdays and special events, as well as hosting the best up-and-coming music. Artists who have graced the stage at the Latest Musicbar include Amy Winehouse, Larry Adler, The Kooks and the city’s hottest young bands. Audience members have included Sir Paul McCartney, Colin Firth, Katie Price and hundreds of thousands of people seeking a great night out in Brighton.

Now the Latest has become bigger and brighter, with its own online TV station, and regular magazine show, Brighton Lights, bringing you the best coverage of events, news, views, politics, sport and comedy. You can view Latest TV on this site (thelatest.co.uk) or direct from thelatest.tv. The programme is growing in popularity and ratings, and the directors of Latest Homes, Bill Smith and Angi Mariani have spearheaded the campaign for Brighton & Hove to have its own local TV station and bid to provide 24/7 TV coverage for the city.

We are delighted that Latest TV has won the local TV licence for Brighton & Hove and will be broadcasting on air very soon.

The Latest helps to sponsor art, music, film and other festivals throughout the city, and is proud of its coverage and associaton with Artists Open Houses, the Brighton & Hove Food & Drink Festival, the Brighton Science Festival, the Digital Festival, Brighton Fashion Week, The Brighton Festival and Fringe, Brighton Pride Festival and many more.

The team behind Latest Homes has a wealth of experience in media, advertising sales, sponsorship and delivering creative concepts for their clients. Whether it’s magazine or online advertising, parties or television production, The Latest delivers excellent quality at unbelievable prices.
