Two international teams competing in next year’s Rugby World Cup will be using Brighton locations as their base.
The Prince Regent Swimming pool will be used by the Samoans who will be based at Brighton University during their stay here next autumn.
And the Japanese team will stay at Brighton College in the lead up to and during the six-week event.
England Rugby 2015 CEO, Debbie Jevans, said: “We are lucky to have some fantastic facilities right across the country and the enthusiasm to be part of the tournament has been really encouraging.
“We are confident that we now have 41 high-quality training environments which provide a home away from home for the teams.
“With a wide range of facilities and locations secured we can give players a unique Rugby World Cup 2015 experience while spreading the reach of the tournament even further throughout England and in Wales.”
The bases will be especially convenient for the Samoans who will be playing their Group B game against Americas 2 at the American Express Community Stadium in Falmer on Sunday 30 September.
The Amex will also host South Africa v Asia 1 on Saturday 19 September.
