Albion were up. against it as QPR had dominated midfield and had the better chances but a superb curling free kick from Anthony Knockaert has put the Seagulls 1-0 up on he stroke of halftime
QPR had clear chances through Coner Washington , Matt Phillips and Junior Hoilett. Stockdale making good saves.
Albion came close through a Lewis Dunk header from a Knockeart corner. Well saved by Alex Smithies. Knockeart also had a chance but scooped a header over the bar .
