Man taken to hospital with head injuries after being attacked in Hove bar

Misty's

A man was taken to hospital after being attacked in a bar in Hove at the weekend.

Sussex Police said: “Shortly before midnight on Saturday (2 July) police were called to Misty’s Bar in Church Road, Hove, where it was reported that a man had assaulted three other men.

“Officers arrived to find two of the victims had already left the scene but a third – a 41-year-old man with head injuries – had remained. He was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton, for treatment.

“Police would like to talk to the two victims who left the venue and to anyone who saw what happened or who may have other information about the incident.”

Anyone who can help is asked to phone Sussex Police on 101, email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk or call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
