Pupils from a Brighton primary school have screened films that they made. They showed off their work at the Odeon cinema for an audience of their friends, family and teachers.
The short films were made by 60 youngsters in Year 6 working with a Brighton film-making firm, Silverbox Multimedia, which organises after-school and holiday clubs.
The youngsters were given free hire of an auditorium by the Odeon, in West Street, Brighton, so they could see their work on the big screen.
And 150 classmates, staff and other guests came along to see the results – part of a school leavers’ project – on Friday (15 July).
Silverbox Multimedia run five film-making after-school clubs across Brighton. As well as Queen’s Park, Silverbox Multimedia also works with Downs Junior School, Patcham Junior School and Stanford Junior School.
