Three teenagers have been arrested after a 15-year-old boy was beaten with a baseball bat and stabbed in a Brighton street.
The 15-year-old also suffered a broken elbow in the fight in Hallett Road and was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital.
Sussex Police said: “A teenager was stabbed and suffered a fractured elbow after being attacked in Brighton on Sunday 30 July.
“Officers were called to Hallett Road at 9.30pm to a report a 15-year-old boy had been attacked.
“He was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital where his injuries were treated but he was not kept in.”
Detective Constable Sarah Brewster said: “It was reported the boy had been attacked by a small group of people and a baseball bat.
“We are appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time who might have seen what happened or has any information about the assault.”
Two 16-year-old boys and an 18-year-old have been arrested on suspicion of assault causing grievous bodily harm (GBH). The three, all from Brighton, have been bailed until Saturday 3 September.
