Fears are growing for a Brighton woman was reported missing nearly a week ago.

Jeanette Taylor, 45, of Greenbank Avenue, Saltdean, was last seen at the bus stop at Brighton Station at 2.30pm on Monday 28 February.

Mrs Taylor is described as white, 5ft 3in, slim, with green eyes and shoulder-length straight blonde hair.

She wears glasses and was last seen wearing a black Puffa jacket, black top, black boots and black trousers.

Run for Great Ormond Street Hospital

Detective Inspector Lee Horner said: “Jeanette has not been in contact with friends or family since sending a text at around 5.30pm on Monday.

“Police do not necessarily need to know where Jeanette is, we just need to check she is safe and well.

“Jeanette is urged to get in touch with police, who can then pass the message on to her loved ones who are growing increasingly concerned.

“I have spoken to her husband today who just wants to be able to reassure their sons that Jeanette is ok.”

Anyone with information is asked to call Sussex Police on 0845 6070999.
