Two teenagers have been charged with burglary after two flats in Whitehawk were broken into.
Shane Larman, 19, of Heath Hill Avenue, Bevendean, and Joshua Douglas, 18, of Ashton Rise, Brighton, were due to appear before Brighton magistrates on Friday (18 March).
They were charged with burglary and theft and burglary with intent to steal in relation to two break-ins at Heron Court in Swanborough Drive, Whitehawk.
Larman has also been charged with resisting arrest.
The break ins happened at about 4.30am on Thursday 17 March.
A 22-year-old woman from Brighton and a 25-year-old man from London have been arrested on suspicion of burglary.
They were released on bail until Sunday 17 April while detectives carry out further inquiries.
