Hove man arrested over kerb-crawling incidents
A man has been arrested after teenage girls reported being approached and in one case touched by the driver of a blue car in Brighton.
The arrested man – a 24-year-old from Hove – was held on suspicion of sexually assaulting a female in Tongdean Lane on Wednesday 6 August and using using threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Ladies Mile Road on Tuesday 5 August.
He was bailed until Sunday 24 August.
