Brighton man charged with rape and false imprisonment
A Brighton man has appeared in court charged with rape and false imprisonment.
Kyle Dacosta, 23, a fast food employee, of St Paul’s Street, Brighton, appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Thursday 27 November).
He was charged with the rape of a woman in Brighton on Sunday (23 November), Sussex Police said.
He faced further charges of false imprisonment and sexual assault by penetration.
The bench remanded him in custody to appear at Lewes Crown Court on Friday 19 December.
