A woman from Hove has been banned from the roads after being caught behind the wheel while more than twice the legal drink drive limit.
Brooke Lees, 22, of Hangleton Road, Hove, was caught by Sussex Police in Old Shoreham Road, Hove, on Monday 16 March.
She was found to have 206 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80mg.
At Brighton Magistrates’ Court earlier this month Lees pleaded guilty to drink driving.
She was banned for 17 months, to be reduced by four months if she completes a government-approved rehabilitation course for drink drivers.
The bench also fined her £110 and ordered her to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
